Ingredients
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2-3 Tbsp Yellow Deer Creole Mustard
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp soya sauce
- 1 sprig rosemary
Instructions
- Tie thin end of tenderloin to create an even roast
- Smear with Yellow Deer Creole Mustard
- Splash with olive oil and soya sauce, sprinkle with chopped rosemary
- Roast at 375F for 35 minutes or until meat reaches 120F at the thickest part
- Rest for 10 minutes
